Job is pretty much interesting as sales representative. There's so much to learn in interesting way for whom those are interested in painting and paint industry. Low work load and stress. Great leaders and managers who is always ready to cooperate with subordinates and teaches them sales and business development techniques. Most interesting thing is the training drive in which you got the plateform to learn interesting texture painting design and have knowledge to express ourself before painters and demonstrate them. Nowadays politics is everywhere so not any organisation can untouched by this. It's not the fault of that organisation bt some people are responsible for that so be aware of that type of persons or employee in any organisation. Overall the company is good and it's a brand in paint Company.

Work Details

My work is challenging but interesting to regarding my interest. I have to mapping and cold cooling for the product sales and to conduct training drive for painters,shop meets,etc. I have to fulfills all the needs of the dealers regarding products.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
