First of all guys I want to tell you that .. Ye log kehte hai graduate k liye 3.5 LPA and Post Graduate k liye 3.96 LPA salary hai. Aur krte kya hai 4 months ka to Inka training type hota hai jisme 15500 Rs dete hai . Aur Interview to Aisa karate hai hai jaise crore ki naukri denge 4-5 Round Executive profile ke liye. Itna to big MNCs bhi nhi karati executive profile ke liye. 4 Post k liye 40-50 candidates recruit krte hai ye log aur ye kisi ko nhi pta ki select 4 ko karte ya kisi 1 ko. Chahiye inko best me best but paise me 30-33k tak khtm. Wo v 4 months to aadhe se Kam me jayega. Isse accha Genpact join kar lo 1-2 Round interview hai. 18k salary and after 6 months switch kr do 30k easily mil jayega....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
