The work culture is getting pathetic , no proper training is provided ,on the very first day you're provided with work , there is a lot of manual work ,no advancement of technology and databases ,for every small error the employee is responsible. I think work life balance is a joke here ,there is no fixed time , according to the needs of the company they will assign you work till late night also.
