Overall the company is fine ,it gives opportunities to freshers.

Dislikes

The work culture is getting pathetic , no proper training is provided ,on the very first day you're provided with work , there is a lot of manual work ,no advancement of technology and databases ,for every small error the employee is responsible. I think work life balance is a joke here ,there is no fixed time , according to the needs of the company they will assign you work till late night also. Overall lot of improvement is needed , without looking at the expertise , they'll assign you work ,wether you know how to do that or not ,that is the employees headache....Read More
