The thing I liked about in times was the tradition which was somewhere hidden in the product and which we could feel while selling

Dislikes

Work life balance, lot of ego issues, politics behind the back, growth aspects, pay scale, incentive issues.

I have learnt a lot from this company. Company policies are good. Management is transparent.

Dislikes

I was loyal with the company for the last 18 years. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that help me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
