Good work environment and culture.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, apppraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary a decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning ad there was no formal training session.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
