But When you talk about the policies and appraisal then you have to make compromise with it, as work pressure is very high and most of the time you have to work 12 to 14 hrs in a day and some times 7 days in a week.

here i am solely responsible for the final level quality check and also incharge for the inprocess quality check. beyond this sometimes have to go though customer line rejection and make it running.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
