From my point of view it is most most 3rd class company, if you have no another option then you will come to BBPL otherwise you will continue to your current employer . There is no particular job for a store executive. As a store executive your main job is loading /unloading, labour management & others laborious job, no system work,daily walk upto minimum 9 to 10 km. (Interviews time they are saying system work jobs, but after join your career life is totally down like that me) No job satisfaction, no career growth, no job security. Bengal beverage is a very selfish company. The senior in the company want us to work but are not at all willing to provide the help we need to do the work. They want us to fix the market but they don't give us the help we need to fix the market. Our Salary are very low and if we tell them something about salary, they tell us it's your fault.
