Although I have left Bengal Ambuja in persuance of new goal, however my experience was very good as a whole. Possibly the reason behind my long association, 15 years with the company.

Politics and lobby cultured company. Salary depends on boss's wishes not depend on efficiency. There is no job security. I had been asked resign from service after working 15 years and 6 months although they have promoted to AGM before two years back of that incident.
