Since work is more and the team is small you get to wear different hats and learn a lot.

- Toxic work culture. - Unempathtic, passive aggressive supervisors, who don't have required skills, process and product knowledge. - Long hours of working. - No perks and benefits, low salary. - All your problems will be resolved only by your supervisor, no hr interventions so you gotta try your best to have a good relationship with them.

The company tries to be a marketing organization.

There is a lack of structure, foresight and certain professionalism. Some top managers shout at the top of their voices to just prove their point. They are emotionally driven in a bad way. HR is just for administration. The teams that are meant to support each other keeps fighting internally. Company has had 2-3 rounds of layoffs already. To be honest, the company had some good people, but now no one is left. There’s a lot of room to experiment and try different way to prove your point
