I have nothing to tell about dislike but as a least HR have to grow themselves. They should not act over and above any Senior employees argument, they should realise feel and post that work on any discussion against any employees. Rest all are awesome.

- Toxic work culture. - Unempathtic, passive aggressive supervisors, who don't have required skills, process and product knowledge. - Long hours of working. - No perks and benefits, low salary. - All your problems will be resolved only by your supervisor, no hr interventions so you gotta try your best to have a good relationship with them.

Company is great place to work. Finance is putting hard work to help the company plan it’s finances better and raise further funds. Some people are intentionally blaming finance team for their mistakes. Current finance is one of the most capable teams any startup have.

Dislikes

Few self interested people are trying to divert attention from their failures. There are few people who are acting on behalf of someone to create negativity in teams so that people leave and management come under pressure. There is one person called Suman who I think is leaking every piece of information from meetings to someone over calls and acting on someone’s instructions.
