The company name has a respected position in Egypt and is considered one of the largest producing oil and gas companies there and sometimes they organise good vacations and picnics

Dislikes

Compensation is decent specially after the last economic crisis. Sometimes I have to work for over 13-14 hours straight without any good compensation, and staying away from family in the desert for long times with very bad compensation per day (3$ per day), the management is terrible and the training courses are just for show, thereis no job training for freshers and you have to figure everything out by yourself hence doing many mistakes at the beginning...Read More
