Job security if you are permanent employee and work life balance is something you can't find anywhere else. Unlimited Health benefits.

Saturday working. Work satisfaction totally depends on team alloted and promotion politics.

Most people join as freshener here .Its a great company to start and learn qs pressure is very less and decent salary to begin but do not stay to long as its a govt company so increment is very less and after sometime not much to learn here.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
