Work culture, management and company policies all well as I experienced there.

Dislikes

There is no job security for casual and apprenticeships, I personally experienced only only permanent Staff relatives and known person select there to do work there and I think it's not fare much enough in the good reputed company.

Good work environment and culture.teammates is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
