Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company is good, but our growth is slow before 15years, company standards timings 8 hours but I worked 12 hours but any bonus and insensitive not provided to me. My family phone calls tapping and showing to another person's.

Company and some employees is good relationship otherwise strict rules working times. Salary given every month end. Good work

Only Technical Knowledge & was expectation was the culture of Multinational company. But not not found at all.

Work culture , Salary Structure , Not paying in time , not paying dues in time , low potential of growth , very small company , Over all extremely very bad in all the way.

Not attractive at all , in any way way . No facilities , poor salary , not paying in time , poor working environment , small company , no job security at all , kicked any time if management does not like the personnel ...also not paying in time .
