clueless.. visionless.. as they are the conversion agent of a Big Brand, so they are typically satisfied with the earning from that part only & doesn't have any ambition to build their own brand.. still following stone-aged branding and very much skeptical about trying new things, because of lack of exposure to knowledge of Marketing..
