Mentally stress too much. Even thinks are not difficult but Manegement make sure than it will goes worst for you.

Excellent support from the management side but, have executive under uneducated STEEL manufacturing Forman he don't know how to use engineer and what are the duties have to attach. Other wise overall company good and management also.
