The infrastructure is good. The company provides Breakfast and lunch , which you cannot complain about which is a good thing. Flexible work hours, Office cab , allowances for internet , WFH are good things. At the end of the day it is humans and people that makes a work place a heaven or a hell, and it all comes down to your manager. They have the "Speak Up" culture which is great but people are going to stand by and watch, hear what you say and do probably nothing about it. They some how think that they reserve the right to lay off people in 15 mins, but when you ask for a mere 15 days early release out of a 90 days notice, that is not in their interest....Read More

Eating non veg inside cafeteria was made strictly prohibited. Promotion and on-site opportunities are only for people who sugar coat for management
