It is one of the best places to work in Bangalore. They haven’t got much presence due to lack of marketing, which they are fine with. It’s a proper product company where the inputs of each and every individual employee matters.
The work is challenging but as in general, the growth opportunities are limited due to product lines. But it doesn’t stop you from switching product lines or develop your skills.
The work culture is perhaps the best part of the organization. The job gives you a proper work life balance and prioritises your demands. Amar, the head of India, is a wonderful guy and leads the organization driving it towards being one of the most sought-after organisations....Read More

Good training is provided on DBS which is an adaptation of TPS which is the best process in the world and is the inspiration for lean and agile. Salary is best in class. Travel opportunities exist depending on team and role. Work life balance is good.
Dislikes
A large proportion of trammates are bad, as the company finds it hard to fill positions due to its low brand value and doesn't filter out candidates with bad attitude. There is no job security or career growth. Appraisals are bad and include one time bonuses in addition to variable pay which reduce CTC and future hikes. Politics is bad and more insidious as the company has a "no politics" policy. This makes people play subtle politics that is more difficult to counter. There is no learning or innovation as managers want to maintain inefficient status quo which is less risky, paying only lip service to process improvement. Work environment is bad....Read More
