Worse working culture and fearful environment.Team mates and Managers are legpullars.. Hire and Fire kind of job security. You have to prove your self each working hour and accountabilty of work will always high.

You are counted as manhour in the company..Horrible working culture ..late seating..late work no overtime paid..Time sheet filling is very stressfull
