The work culture is awesome, there's many opportunities to learn and implement new techs, seniors are highly helpful. You get knowledge about everything from scratch to master.

Dislikes

Nothing till now, just sometimes you have to work on weekends or extra hours as required by the company. Anyways that's not an issue, such situations occur like 2-3 times only in 9-10 weeks.

Don't have work life balance. Job is not secure. They can remove you anytime whenever they feel. Managers literally make your life hell. Even if you work hard they will still not give you promotion as they will give you reasons like you can do more better than this.

They not work with human they convert their all process via Ai .Agar aapko krna ni tha ho hire ktu kiya , ek bar contniue hire krke 100+ logo ko lay off kr diya . Job security bilkul zero
