The company had an amazing startup culture. They started with rolling up the sleeves. The Founders are really humble and down to earth. Teams are great with cross functional collaboration as well. The product is marvelous.

Unfortunately due to lack of provisioning and budgeting they were cornered to take tough calls. Those tough calls resulted in attrition as the firm was no more employee friendly and became number friendly only. Lacked transperancy in overall company culture. Witnessed one of the worst top management in the firm. New leaders created utter chaos. Be ready to Kill your self esteem and do what they tell you to do (your ideas suggestions, write them down on a paper and burn it for good). No one cares about employee satisfaction at all, HR team is the worst of all, no employee connects. They do not work for the employees, they just work for the numbers. No structure. Only for name sake. What an organization wherein if employee asks for the reason why salary is not released HR blocks the number of employee. No ethics, people working here got no other option thats the reason they are still working for beato. Mental torture wherein they will create certain situations and employee got no other option but to quit.

Your designation and nature of work may change any point of time because this organization is lacking in choosing right people for right job.
