Salary is very low as per market benchmarks. And there should be some career growth as per the employee efforts.

Its good but still need some improvisations. Company should think about career growth, and remuneration as per the industry. Another thing is to focus only on female employees and nothing special for male colleagues as far as work life balance is concer

I enjoy working at Beam because I love to work and its good here. Its my first job after my study. Yes, Some grey days comes , and thats practical you cannot have bright days everyday. Grey days are also one of the teacher which teaches so many lessons.
