In initial stages it's like a heaven but when you getting older you will feel terrible. Some time it's depend upon management. Nepotism, discrimination and lobbying are very common things nowadays. But early is was a nice place to work seriously. There is no job security in current senario.

Dislikes

When you working in a executive level no body is going to help you or listen to your problem.. manager is like old school head master and HR is like mute spectator. Career growth is slow. Job training not given.

Work Details

You have to be self motivated to do your job. Nobody will help you to achieve the target but every body will be there to get the credit after good result.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a some of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

I have got decent salary but career growth is a bit slow.

Work Details

There was lots of training sessions which was very effective for me. Apart from job prospective I have learnt a lot from Beam. Very friendly work atmosphere. I spent my best times with Beam family.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
