Beam Suntory has been a very good company so far with benefits, work culture work life balance and good focus on its employee growth.

Dislikes

Leadership lack strategy and has not been able to execute what’s right for India. Lots of interference from international leadership which doesn’t understand India market and Indian consumers sentiments. So in nutshell if India is left alone and India leadership is fully empowered, nothing can stop India to become a strong growth market for Beam. Also sometime I feel people are very superficial in their dealing of others always talk nice and good about everyone so real and valuable feedback is grossly missing eg people whispers about someone and complains however no real or constructive feedback will be given to that person...Read More
