This company is for someone who has the zing for learning and can take pressure and who is a go getter. People who want everything to be served on a platter,, people who constantly critize their work environment should avoid applying here. Employees here do not believe in having a healthy competion among themselves, which I feel limits their growth.

1. Work-Life Balance- The management ensures that employee's work-life balance is maintained. No calls after office or on weekends. 2. Salary and Increments - The management had ensured that during lockdown salary was paid on time without any deductions. Travel reimbursements were given to the employees considering their safety. Increments were given to the employees. 3. Work Culture - This is the first company to send cakes for parents and make them feel special on Birthdays.
