Work culture is very poor. Management does not have any etiquette. No job security at all, if you're not your boss's favorite, you can be out any time.

Good learning exposure, acknowledgement of your hard work & dedication,Your view and thoughts are being asked for before making any process and procedure changes. For the right candidate encouragement is given to implement their ideas to increase business. Easy access to Management for sharing of thoughts,concerns. During Covid times also management had supported employees with no salary deduction and paid travelling allowances and ALSO GIVEN INCREMENT TO ALL EMPLOYEES. No deduction of salary,leaves and absolute job security in times like Covid . Free Vaccination drive, medical assistance to employees effected with Covid systoms. Hats off to the management for their excellent support in Pandemic. Would really recommend people to join the company incase they are looking for good learning knowlege and growth with job security....Read More

This company is for someone who has the zing for learning and can take pressure and who is a go getter. People who want everything to be served on a platter,, people who constantly critize their work environment should avoid applying here. Employees here do not believe in having a healthy competion among themselves, which I feel limi ts their growth....Read More
