Management can remove anyone at their wims and fancies 2) what's is promised is never delivered 3) sometime use of offensive language are used by management while addressing to employees 4) No professional 5) there is always a soft corner for some people who close to the management. 6) no proper HR policy and many things remains on paper and there are no implementation
