I have better experience in BDR company as compared to my previous company experience as there are different types of activities.

In BDR the work matters are all ok but the increment no time period is very long so as in all companies the increment comes soon as in this company B comes soon it is best.

The advice is simply that the location for lunch in Padra location is absolutely bad and smells and it is necessary to provide lunch facilities for those employed outside.
