It gave me an opportunity to meet with people and also lean new ideas, culture and language

Their Food and some individuals attitudes to Hygiene in the community. They throw dirt arouaround any how.

Work Details

I learnt a lost of things since it was my first experience in the construction field and a first time building TSF Dam and raw water Dam. I also learn how to construct Antineution Dams.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
