In JBM, cooperative staff and also workers woth the new person. Working environment is atmospheric like you feel like you are working at your home. Also, flr the increase the productivity they use the robots for spot welding and CO2 welding.

Dislikes

Dislike only with the salary. No best salary for freshers.

Work Details

As I was fresher in JBM. So, I'm excited with work because i was new that time in industry. My work is also challengeable because handle the workers not the easy task. Also follow up about hourly production and report to the HOD.Great experience with JBM
