Very bad company with full of nepotism. Abhranil n shubendu kanrar takes every opportunity to humiliate each n every one entering the company specially people recruited by Praxair people. Shubhendu is a crap with having intense importance to lady employees, specially joyeeta...this PED department doesn't have any work life balance...horrible experience working here.

Well there is a very depressing atmosphere. Bengali is their go to language and if you don't know it, then you can't sustain there. Only bengoli employees has future there. Even the meetings happens in bengoli. Promotion is myth and on the work life balance it's pathetic. They expect you to work on Sunday as well.

Opportunities are there for growth but lots of hindrance needs to be faced from manager for that.

People work less and gossip more.also the kolkata HO is not located in a good place to have food or snacks. People mistakes this company as a MNC, but the culture is not at all a MNC type.Last but not the least HR team sucks in Linde.

No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.
