There is nothing to like about. The only benefit you get is, as a new comer in the teaching genre you will have hands on experience on certain things.

Dislikes

No appraisal, internal politics, poor management, low pay-scale, no growth, unnecessary work load, frequent policy changes.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
