I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a bbhushan and associats. As a result, I get to travel many places like Lucknow, Chennai, kerla and Bihar.
