Initially they improve product knowledge and teach about compliance and focus on self development of employees during pandemic. Even they didn't cut any salaries during pandemic even didn't late any of salary. I m always thankful to bayer and I am proud employee of bayer. I m learning lit of things and bayer gives you values.
