"One aspect I appreciated about Bayer Crop Science was the prompt and timely payment of salaries, which provided a sense of financial stability. Additionally, the company was very considerate in equipping field employees with high-quality gear, such as helmets, bags, and shoes. These provisions not only ensured safety but also reflected the company's commitment to its employees' well-being."
Dislikes
"In my experience, during the promotion process at Bayer Crop Science, it appeared that preference was often given to employees with internal references or connections. This practice can be perceived as unfair and undermines a merit-based system where promotions should be based on performance and qualifications rather than personal connections."
