1. Lot of learning opportunities 2. Proper mentorship 3. Exposure 4. Dedicated people 5. If you stay for a year the salary skyrockets. I think they look for someone who has the stomach to take it all up and then they reward the person for the same.

1. Learning requires a lot of additional efforts which ruins the work life Balance. 2. Probation period is really tough to survive. Hardest part about the job.

As a former graphic design intern in Baweja Media I learnt a lot. Because the company is still at the growing stage I got to work on projects which I probably would not have been given the opportunity in any other established company. The management is very kind and supportive and have always encouraged me to grow and get better at my skill. Expect 12-14 hours per day The management is incompetent especially the mental health expert who only preaches about about mental health but does the complete opposite If something does not work in the favour of the management. The employee is blamed for not following the order even after following the order or the issue is blamed on miscommunicationq
