Dislikes

Hire & Fire which is whimisical by Board. Inspite of creating about Rs 10 Crore benefits to the company which were due to leakage of revenues wherein local senior management was utilising the loopholes, salary & other legitimate benefits were deprived of. This incidence could be a study material for IIM's MBA!.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
