Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Internal Audit partner is very knowledgeable and cooperative. She gives good inputs and guidance to all subordinates. You get good exposure to current audit norms and process. Training and development activity is one of the best in industry. Good work life life balance.

HR department is very bad , HR department employees drag a work for long showing they are very busy, but reality is the are busy using mobile and chit chatting with colleagues. In IA department sometimes they hire retired persons for additional work who are good for nothing and blame others for their incapability.

It was excellent. I had the opportunity to conduct number of audits with number of reputed textile, software and automobile companies. Apart from audits, we also had opportunities to contribute time to GST, CSR, registrations and much more.
