BATEEL INDIA IN HYDERABAD INORBIT MALL gave me an opportunity as a sales executive but i left after 15 days of working as the manager did not allow me to taka a week off which was promised to me during the interview & when questioned He was brutally mean & sarcastic.The manager was entirely mean & abusive to the store boys like a upper class mean to a lower class .He was racist & verbally abusive to them the entire days & hours i was with them.He promoted his best buddy as a sales executive and they would often go out unprofessional & show his favourtism to him by allowing him to wear casual shoes which was not the companys rules,i saw that man today after 2 years and he was still in his casual chapals & informal clothing.He showed competition to his ast manager as he was not his best friend like the sales person.During my stay this favoured sales person fought with an IAS officer who came to pay a visit to our shop about his sales tactic that i had to apologise for him even though i was a newbie & risking my job.I lost 7k on my transportation & i never had the guts to report to the company and the hr about the worst management i witnessed in one of their outlet in India.They even made fun of my tiffins i bought as i was a non vegetarian and in my country being a non vegetarian we meet many unexpected incidents even from so called smart Managers which i believe do not have level of vast & broad mindset to represent an international brand.Asking for shift end's leave daily was a torture as a simple yes was never uttered from the manager but a sarcastic reply was handled daily.I dont think you can get promotions or your hardwork to be paid if you are not favoured because you do not have a longterm friendship or blood relationship with the manager to grow in that outlet....Read More

Totally worst, nothing to like bateel in KSA. All stressed and pressured by the top management. For us a low profile employees will suffer as long as the restaurant will make business, they doesn't care about staffs well being. At the end, low salary and you are wasted in work, no appreciation, they will talked to you that you owes a lot to them. Disaster

Dislikes

Staff well-being are not important, work for the business they doesn't care even though shortage of staff. Top management are totally in high standards, they want you to feel that you need them, your not important to them. That's why most of the employees are leaving the company, some don't have choice but to stay. If you leave the company they will let you stay for a long time to suffer.
