Shortage scam ,every new manager ll get shortage in audit, and manager ll bear 100% , No annual function No appreciation No award ceremony Poor quality product, customer fight directly with staff, No planning of work , No system, you ll not know what to do in next 15 minutes, Area manager do not ask how to increase sale, what iniate can be done, they ll visit store just to demotivate you, to warn you, to find dust, to make your mouth shut if you ask your any deserve. They have given me loss of 3 lakh rs almost and they even bother this. For newcomers they will not hike any amount from previous employers and they just show our variable highlighted in offer letter and they make people like so high eye opener.
