Every day is a learning and you always have new experience every day. Good variable pay out than expected.

Due to Independent role have huge dependency. Hence work life balance is really question and even you can:t avoid to work in your leave.

No internal organisation herirarchy structure in store level.Worst people management company. For newcomers they will not hike any amount from previous employers and they just show our variable highlighted in offer letter and they make people like so high eye opener. Operations support people's like HR and other relevant departmentcomplete deaf and dumb. No rewards and recognition.Strict 12+hours job. No safety and security policy sop in company. On audit, if shortages are found they will debit from us with tax in full MRP. But while releasing some surplus after deduction of tax and margin. The management employees are cheater they recruited freshers from college and handover some stores to them then while leave they will ask the freshers to pay shortage amount which is not mentioned in any documents. And they specially recruiting people who don't know about retail and blaming them for the stock shortage and I paid around 50 k for shortage and they holded my salary for 2 months .
