Bahut kharab working hai kyonki inki koi sop nhi hi aur audit manager paise lekar audit karte hai aur ye company ghatiya hai Aur faltu ka diduction hota hi aur hr policy bhi ghatiya hai fnf 3month me nhi ho pata hai

Minimum 12 hour shift, No increment as per inflation or performance, every time same thoery that company didn't do bla blah ... Shortage scam ,every new manager ll get shortage in audit, and manager ll bear 100% , No annual function No appreciation No award ceremony Poor quality product, customer fight directly with staff, No planning of work , No system, you ll not know what to do in next 15 minutes, Area manager do not ask how to increase sale, what iniate can be done, they ll visit store just to demotivate you, to warn you, to find dust, to make your mouth shut if you ask your any deserve. They have given me loss of 3 lakh rs almost and they even bother this. Nothing is there to like , people working here are more than 15-20-25 years , they drive everything as per them, no new things get implemented,also they don’t know anything outside this industry, at least follow or adapt good things from your competitors, we are 4 Bd from multiple states later I came to know that 3 out of 4 bds leftthis company & now one of my friends told me that bata hr is calling & convincing me to join bata & he told hr that he will not join as culture is very bad later asia head has called him & trying to convince to join bata , if you have corrected things prior this would not happen...Read More

Everything I dislike about bata, culture is very pathetic Claims company credit in 2-3 months , means we have to spend money from our pocket & wait for 2-3 months to get back claims After that I haven’t heard that FNF gets credit in 6 months I have worked with multiple companies and FNF I have received in 30 or max 45 days This company HR is so lazy that he have sent me exit forms in 45th day & after submitting all things he said now it will take 60 days to credit your FNF Later I come to know that company don’t have money Please don’t fall in trap of bata This is Worst company ever Old employees lobby runs law here Also they recruited after there fathers retirement & they will do job till retirement , for them there First company is bata & last company will be bata , they don’t know anything outside bata world , ie kuwe ka mendhak...Read More

There is no problem with salary by producing salary at the right time.Two days off in a week Saturday and Sunday. Also about 15 to 16 days are given during Durga Puja and summer vacation in June.
