As a fresher it is good to start your carrier, overall industry environment is very strict but college's are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

There is not given equality to all employees. Only expect work on time but never appreciate dedication and hard work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
