One gets support of colleagues, who are very helpful. The salary comes on time. The rules are as per government that is grade scale, pension and appraisal. There is hardly any stay back so one can keep balance between job and family. Time to time seminars are arranged and teachers are send for the same when organized by any publisher or government.

No upgradation in terms of classes given.

Actually there is no change in the allotted so doesn't excites me. Same class from last 5 years.

Teammates are just amazing. The cooperation of principal was appreciable.

Dislikes

Location of Basil school is not good, most of the time the gate was dumped with garbage.
