Staff and the seniors are very friendly and very good people and the overall atmosphere under the work site was excellent ,i hope i could have contineud my career in basf .overall i was a good company good atmosphere.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a cafeteria is like a good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Some people just toxic like not minding their own business. Sometimes work load is too much. Have to work regularly on Saturdays but in interview I was told I have to work sometimes otherwise is off.
