There salary was good at the point, even if you are a fresher, you will like feel "Madhubani" after meeting with them , there first thing is to attack you in different ways whom you feel to avoid, they just asked the same thing again and again . Please be careful.

Their interview preparation is horrible, I was selected for interview and there the Team BDT guide me and they said that I have to prepare some of points , I prepared it ( Actually they gave me points like NEFT,RTGS,IMTS,AEPS and much more ) , But who was guided me there to actually perform the interview , she was misleading me , and I found that the totally different topics were asked to me to perform. I was shocked and also can't said there that your employee said me to prepare for these topics and now you are switching to another topic. Also I didn't asked the employee to guide me , so why she did it to me ?...Read More

The best thing in Basf is work life balance which is the best thing I like about it.

Dislikes

The only thing which I feel a little bad about the company is they even hire on contractual basis and sometimes those employees are not treated equally. Contractual employees can actually feel the difference that they are in contact.
