In the name of promoting Diversity, they favour only females and give new opportunities to females first regardless of merit. This is not at all good from equality perspective and it has created lot of negative perception in male colleagues of the site. Also, one cannot grow in the company, unless the person always flatters his manager and act like a sidekick.

Some people just toxic like not minding their own business. Sometimes work load is too much. Have to work regularly on Saturdays but in interview I was told I have to work sometimes otherwise is off.
