no salary hike, terrible work cultures, nothing to learn, on the name of bim only revit software is being used, seniors laugh at you if you are not aware of anything new related to work project , if you ask question that means you are not educated... no bonus if you are new, no increment is given till 1.5 year, no growth, seniors are rude, office is filled with politics, nothing to learn, basic projects, sometimes no work at all to do, no benefits rather than salary, less salary than the market standards, desk job...Read More

No Job security, if you raise your voice, they'll throw you out. Work environment Directors dont behave well, they are biased. As an architect you won't get opportunity to explore or design...its just an outsourcing firm, with no growth as an architect.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work environment is good, there is a fun element as well along with work. Some events are organized like cricket league.

Dislikes

Too much politics. You need to do sugar coat talks in front of your seniors if you want to grow. At certain level, there is no learning and it becomes stagnant. No job security at all, you can be fired right away. Salary increment is really low. You need to work over time, sometimes even more than 12hrs a day and you are not paid a single penny for that, because of which there is no work life balance....Read More
