They don't know the process of hiring in first place shortlisting people and making them wait for hours together when we have travelled from long distances and then telling we will call you without even giving us a chance to present our skill. Training is soo bad and worst. They will bring your confidence level down by bragging about how much senior teachers know. Senior teachers are always unsatisfied with your performance even if you are gold medalist in your college. Appraisal is bare minimum and they throw penny on you while they have millions of profit Swigy or online delivery job is better than this where atleast they get transport charges A teacher have to travel minimum of 2 to 3 centres and they dont provide travelling allowance. Half of the salary is spent on travelling. Salary appraisal is bare minimum and lot of partiality they give fake promises of appraisal and never keep up their words. No gender equality They are not aware of work ethics at all. Not even little bit of concern towards employee. Worst experience.
