There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent accordingly but career growth is slow. Bond of 2 years is there before which you cannot resign and if you do, it is not a smooth process. New joiners are not given any formal training, the current employees are told just to guide the new ones.Very strict timings. Very bad company, zero values of employees. They take blank check duing Joining. Make 3 years bond, if LEAVE company, they file FIR COURT CASE. And said after resignation employees give check. Fully false company. Never joined this.
